Sworn translation
A translation signed and stamped by a translator sworn before a Turkish notary. Accepted by courts, universities, consulates and public authorities.
Notarised translation
A sworn translation certified by a notary public. No need to visit the notary yourself; we obtain the certification.
Apostille
The apostille your document needs to be valid in Hague Convention countries. We follow the application for you.

Most documents that come to a translator are personal: IDs, medical reports, court rulings. We treat them that way.
Never shared
Your files are used for nothing but the translation and are never passed to third parties.
Deleted on schedule
Once the job is done, files are deleted after the period stated in our privacy notice.

What is a sworn translation?
A translation by a translator sworn before a Turkish notary, who signs and stamps it and takes responsibility for its accuracy. Official bodies usually ask for this.
When do I need notarisation?
When the receiving authority asks for it, typically in official or overseas procedures. Please confirm with the authority you're submitting to; if you're unsure, we'll look at it together.
What is an apostille?
An official certificate that makes a document valid between Hague Convention countries. Countries outside the convention may require consular legalisation instead.
How long does it take?
It depends on the length of the document and the certifications needed. We confirm a firm delivery date in writing with your quote.
How is the price set?

Do I need to come to the office?
No. Everything is handled online. Printed, certified copies can be sent to your address by courier.
